What files do I need to send for a quote?
A 3D model (STEP/IGS preferred) plus a 2D drawing (PDF/DWG) with tolerances, material and finish callouts gets the fastest, most accurate quote. If you only have one of these, send what you have — our engineers will flag anything missing.
How fast will I get a quotation?
Standard RFQs are answered within 24 hours, including DFM feedback. Complex multi-process assemblies may take 2–3 working days.
What is your minimum order quantity?
One piece. We run a quick-turn cell for prototypes and one-off laboratory parts, alongside volume lines producing over a million parts monthly.
What tolerances can you hold?
Standard machining tolerance is ISO 2768-f/m; precision features are routinely held at ±0.005 mm, with profile tolerance to 0.002 mm on 5-axis contoured parts and runout ≤0.005 mm on turned journals.
Which materials do you machine?
Aluminum (6061/7075/ADC12), stainless (303/304/316/17-4PH/duplex), carbon and alloy steels, titanium, Inconel 718, copper, brass, magnesium, and engineering plastics including PEEK, POM, PC and PFA.
Do you support medical device manufacturing?
Yes — we are ISO 13485 certified with a 200 m² Class 10,000 cleanroom for molding and packaging, and support IQ/OQ/PQ validation.
Can you protect my design confidentiality?
Yes. We sign NDAs before receiving data, restrict drawings to the program team, and never publish customer parts without written permission.
How do you ship internationally?
DHL/FedEx/UPS for samples and small batches; air and sea freight (DAP/DDP) for production. Parts ship with inspection documentation and export packaging.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T is standard (30% deposit / 70% before shipment for new customers); established programs move to net terms. We invoice in USD, EUR or RMB.
How large a file can I upload with my RFQ?
The website form accepts drawings up to 8 MB directly. For larger packages (up to 100 MB), paste a WeTransfer/Dropbox link into the message field or email us and we will reply from an address that accepts large attachments.
