Hongfeng operates simultaneous 5-axis and 5-axis turn-mill machining centers from DMG MORI, Mazak, Okuma and Matsuura. Machining five faces in a single clamping removes re-fixturing error — the way to hold true position on parts where datum stack-up would kill a 3-axis process.
Typical work includes impellers and blisks, robotic joint components with 0.002 mm profile tolerance, optical mounts, semiconductor end-effectors and medical instrument bodies in titanium, stainless and high-grade aluminum.
